About CBS Property Management Inc

CBS Property Management Inc is a property management company operating primarily in Southern Ontario for the past twenty years.

The last ten years we have put a concerted effort in arranging and managing properties housing students. Currently we own and manage a number of properties housing students in Southern Ontario and a fair amount off campus student housing near the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University in the City of Waterloo.

We have a team of dedicated managers who ensure the student residences are kept in good repair and that the services we offer our students are tailored to meet their student housing needs. We have on site managers that are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for any emergency situation. We also make sure that all work, repairs housing etc., are carried out according to the fire and safety standards, as well as City Bylaws.
