The Off Campus Student Housing complex, managed by CBS Property Management Inc., is located next to University of Waterloo near the intersection of Phillip Street and University Avenue. Our privately owned, professionally managed student housing development is the closest off campus housing location to the University of Waterloo, on the eastern side of the campus; and is only one kilometer from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Transportation is not required while residing at 256 Phillip Street, as all amenities (shopping, bus routes, restaurants, etc) are situated around the property.

We offer a safe student residential community in a prime location just a 2 minute walk to the University of Waterloo, and only 5 minutes to Laurier University.

University Plaza

The Off Campus Student Housing complex is right beside the University Plaza. At the University Plaza, you'll find a wide choice of places to eat. Among your options are William's Coffee Pub, East Side Mario's, Harvey's, and the Pita Pit, as well as many restaurants serving international foods - Jamaican Jerk, Grand China, Curry in a Hurry, and Mongolian Grill, to name a few. Other restaurants in the immediate vicinity include Timeless Cafe, Mr Panino Restaurant for Italian sandwiches and pitas, Seoul Soul for Korean/Japanese food.

You'll also find an HMV store, an all-night convenience store, a discount travel agency, and many other businesses in the University Plaza right next door to the Off Campus Student Housing rentals.
