Q. What is included in the monthly rent?

A. Your rent, utilities (except for the Hydro), laundry facilities, high speed internet access, fridge and stove and parking.

Q. Are the units furnished?

A. No the units are unfurnished. You will need to supply your own bed, desk, etc.

Q. Do I need to have a lease. For how long?

A. A lease is required and the term is 12 months. (September to September)

Q. Can I sublet?

A. Subletting your unit is permitted, subject to approval.

Q. How far is the apartment townhouses from the University? Will I need to have a car?

A. Transportation is not required while residing at 256 Phillip Street, as all amenities (shopping, bus routes, restaurants, etc) are situated around the property. Bus routes servicing the university are on both University Avenue and Columbia Street.

Q. Do you ever rent rooms out in the summer? Do I need a lease for a summer rental?

A. Yes, we do occasionally have space available in the summer. Call 905 528-5562 for more details.

Q. What hours is the property manager available?

A. Our property manager is accessible 24 hours a day for all emergencies.
